Requirements:

We require a 12 month minimum for all leases. First, last, and security are required to move in. The application process consists of a credit check, background check, and rental history check. There is a $50.00 Application Fee per applicant. Resident is responsible for electric & Gas.

•Credit must be above a 620. If your credit is under 620 a co-signer may be needed. Inquire within for alternative options.

•Income should be at least 3X’s the monthly rent. E.g. if the apartment is $1000.00 per month your monthly income should be $3000.00 or above.

•Application fee is $50.00 per applicant

•Security deposit will need to be paid upon approval. First and last are required on or before your lease start date.
